FUTURE FRACTIONAL GROUP COACHING PROGRAM | SEPTEMBER 2026

THE BLUEPRINT FOR BUILDING A HIGH-VALUE FRACTIONAL BUSINESS.

Black and white portrait of a woman with curly hair, smiling and touching her chin with her right hand, wearing earrings and a ring.

For senior experts ready to charge real money, build systems that actually hold, and design a business that funds their freedom instead of eating it alive

You've mastered your craft. The resume commands respect, you solve problems most people never see coming, and whether your zone is Ops, HR, Legal, or Finance — you're ready to be the architect of your own thing, not a line on someone else's org chart.

But here's what nobody warned you about: being brilliant at the work and being brilliant at running a business of the work are two completely different sports. Right now you're stuck in the gap between them — the Identity Gap.

You wanted freedom. Instead you traded one boss for five. You're still waiting for permission to set your rates. Still sending resumes when you should be sending proposals. Still feeling that stab of "employee guilt" every time you try to hold a boundary. Still over-delivering for clients who treat you like part-time help — and still lying awake wondering where the next one is coming from.

You're not bad at business. You're just still running on employee software. This is where we reinstall the operating system.

FUTURE FRACTIONAL

FUTURE FRACTIONAL —

Woman smiling wearing a silver sequin top and earrings, with short curly dark hair.

I KNOW THE FEAR OF LOSING THAT STEADY PAYCHECK AND THE QUIET PANIC OF AN EMPTY LEAD PIPELINE.

I know it because I lived it. For years I ran multi-million-dollar companies as a "fractional" COO — but was treated as a grossly underpaid, on-call employee. I had no pipeline. I wasn't posting, wasn't engaging with my ideal client. That experience eroded my confidence so completely I thought I was the problem.

I wasn't. What I was missing wasn't talent — it was two things. The decision that I actually wanted this: a functioning, healthy fractional practice that let me live on my terms. And a system that held me up on the days I didn't believe it.

Because here's what I will never sell you: motivation in a bottle. This isn't about waking up fired up every morning. Some days you'll feel like shit and do the work anyway — and that's what the system is for. It backs you up when the mood doesn't show. You decide, once, that you want this thing. Then you get up, day after day, and put in the bit of work it takes: getting out there, taking up space, saying no to the clients and projects that don't light you up.

I built mine around the life I wanted — I run my practice from France, on my own schedule, not chained to a laptop at 10pm. And I still feel invisible some days, still worry a post will land as "too much." I just don't let that run the show anymore. That's the difference. And it's exactly what I teach.

Future Fractional is where we close the gap between "freelance fixer" and the expert founders fight to book. We find the voice you lost in all those years of corporate service, sharpen your positioning until it's undeniable, build the pipeline that doesn't run on hope — and the mindset that keeps you showing up for it.

It's time to stop contorting yourself to fit someone else's org chart, and start building a practice that honors your expertise, your bank account, and the life you actually want to live.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT —

THIS GROUP COACHING PROGRAM IS DEISGNED TO…

NAIL YOUR POSITIONING

Stop hiding behind generic job titles and corporate jargon. We’ll uncover your "Zone of Genius" and translate your years of experience into a clear, compelling USP that makes your value undeniable.

ARCHITECT YOUR OFFER SUITE

Design services based on your actual capacity, not just client demands. We’ll build a delivery model that respects your boundaries, protects your time, and ensures you aren't just "buying" yourself another 60-hour-a-week job.

COMMAND AUTHORITY WITH RESPECTED BOUNDARIES

Set the stage for a professional partnership from day one. You’ll learn how to lead the client relationship so you’re treated as a strategic advisor, not a part-time employee who is "on-call" 24/7.

SHIFT FROM FEAR-BASED TO VALUE-BASED PRICING

Stop guessing what people will pay or comparing yourself to hourly freelancers. We’ll install a pricing framework that reflects the strategic impact you have on a business, allowing you to charge with total integrity and zero guilt.

BUILD A SUSTAINABLE LEAD PIPELINE (WITHOUT THE HUSTLE)

Learn how to attract high-caliber leads through authentic visibility and strategic networking. No "bro-marketing" or aggressive sales tactics, just a reliable system for getting consistent work while staying true to your voice.

MASTER THE "FRACTIONAL LEADER MINDSET" SHIFT

De-program the employee habits that are keeping you stuck. We’ll bridge the "Identity Gap," helping you find your voice as a business owner so you can lead with confidence and make decisions that favor your bank account.

ALUMINI TESTIMONIALS

ALUMINI TESTIMONIALS —

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

— You left your 9-to-5 for freedom, but you’ve ended up with multiple "bosses" who treat you like a part-time freelancer. You’re more tethered to your Slack notifications now than you ever were in corporate.

— When a lead asks what you do, you send over a three-page CV. You’re waiting to be "hired" into a role instead of being brought in to solve a specific, high-value problem.

— You know you need to be visible to get clients, but the thought of posting on LinkedIn feels like "shouting into the void" or, worse, being pushy and "salesy."

— You calculate your rates based on what you think they’ll pay, or what your old hourly rate was. You feel a pang of guilt every time you send an invoice, even though you’re over-delivering.

— You’ve spent so long at a big organization that you’ve lost your own voice. You aren't sure who you are without the big brand name behind you.

— You have a great client today, but no idea where the next one is coming from. The lack of a lead pipeline makes self-employment feel like a high-stakes gamble rather than a stable career.

JUST IMAGINE THIS INSTEAD…

— You send out proposals with high-ticket figures, and you don't blink. You know exactly the ROI you bring, and your clients see you as a strategic investment, not a cost.

— Your business is built around your life, not the other way around. You’ve installed the boundaries that allow you to log off at 4 pm, head out for a walk, or spend time with your family without the "guilt" of being offline.

— You’ve stopped chasing "gigs." Because your positioning is so sharp, the right founders find you and can’t wait to work with you.

— You’ve found your unique voice. You show up online with authority and ease because you aren't "selling", you’re sharing your expertise and inviting the right people in.

— You no longer feel like a "displaced employee." You have a clear blueprint, a solid offer suite, and the confidence to own your time, your talent, and income.

— You work from anywhere in the world. Whether it’s a café in Paris or your own living room, your business is a well-oiled machine that travels with you. It supports the life you actually want to live.

THE DETAILS

THE DETAILS —

The async curriculum

The full curriculum, start to scale — everything it takes to launch a fractional practice, run it, and grow it without burning out. Every module hands you the templates, scripts, and assignments to build the thing, not just learn about it. As fast or as slow as your life allows.

Four live deep dives

The part no template can touch: the beliefs running underneath that quietly decide whether you ever use any of it. This is the work I do best. Live, together, in real time.

Unlimited access to me

Group and 1:1 Slack access, all the way through — so every offer, every rate, every terrifying client email gets a second set of eyes before you hit send. You build this with me in your corner, not alone in a Google Doc at 11pm.

Every tool I actually use

Every template, tool, and Notion board I run my own practice on — pipeline, content calendar, client systems, the lot. You don't build from scratch. You start from what already works.

Identity — Build the business on purpose. You'll design it around the life you want, draw the boundaries that stop you trading one boss for five, and quit apologizing for any of it.

Positioning — Kill the resume dump and the jargon cloud. You'll land one sharp line that makes the right client lean in and the wrong ones leave. You are not chocolate ice cream — you don't need everyone to like you.

Offer — You'll package your expertise into a real offer with a clear container — what's in, what's out — and a first-project on-ramp that turns one yes into a long engagement.

Visibility — Build a visibility system you'll actually keep up: your story, your voice, your pillars. Consistency beats virality every time. If someone covered your name, they should still know it's you.

Pipeline — Waiting on referrals is not a strategy. You'll build a living pipeline of cold, warm, and hot leads from multiple sources and work it every week — especially when you're busy — so you're never one dropped client from panic.

Sales — The discovery call is a discovery, not an interview — you ask the questions. Selling is serving. You'll spot the red flags, hold out for the hell-yes, and quote your price without flinching.

Pricing — Run the actual math. You'll set your rates, learn the trade-off line that kills scope creep dead, and price from math instead of a feeling.

Delivery — Nobody hands you a job description — you onboard yourself. You'll install the rhythm, the container, and the visibility that make a client feel taken care of, plus the receipts folder that protects you and compounds into referrals.

ROI — Your client won't connect the dots for you. You'll learn to translate your work into the numbers founders care about — revenue, profit, time saved — and turn those wins into the case studies and testimonials that land the next client.

Integration — Wire it all together into a practice you can run for years, not months. No feast-or-famine, no burnout, no going back. This is where "figuring it out" is finally over.

The four live deep dives

September 14 · Fractional Identity6pm CET

You didn't go fractional because you couldn't hack a "real job." You went fractional because you're good — too good to keep handing your best thinking to someone else's org chart. So stop apologizing for it. This is where we bury employee mode and write your fractional manifesto: the operating system for the business you actually want and the life it's meant to fund. Past cohorts said they wished they'd done this one first. Everything flows from who you decide to be here.

September 21 · The Psychology of Pricing6pm CET

Not the math. The flinch. That half-second of "who am I to charge that?" right before you discount yourself out loud. Here's the truth: your lowest-paying clients are always your biggest headache, and the resentment that builds when you're underpaid quietly poisons the work. We fix the number and the story you tell yourself about it — so you can say your rate, out loud, and then shut up and let it land.

September 28 · The Real Reason You're Invisible6pm CET

It's not the algorithm. It's not your headshot. It's fear — and it does more damage than going quiet. Fear doesn't just keep you from posting. It keeps you beige when you do. Hedged. Agreeable. Forgettable. The five fears — judgment, rejection, imperfection, failure and the sneaky one, that it might actually work — sand off every edge that would've made the right client stop scrolling and think "finally, someone who gets it." We drag all five into the light. Because the goal was never just to get you posting. It's to make you magnetic — impossible to scroll past.

October 5 · Lead the Engagement6pm CET

You did all the work to land the client. Don't walk in and ask "so, what do you need?" That's employee mode, and it's the fastest route to a polite non-renewal. Leaders onboard themselves. They set the cadence, run the engagement, and tell the client the hard truth — because a service provider with a pipeline behind them isn't afraid to. This is where you stop waiting to be told what to do and start leading the room you're being paid to lead. Do it right, and one great client becomes your next three.

STILL GOT QUESTIONS?

STILL GOT QUESTIONS? —

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • This is actually a great time to start. Building your foundation while you have the security of a paycheck allows you to make strategic decisions from a place of power, not desperation. We’ll spend our time together building your "exit ramp" - positioning, pricing, and pipeline, so that when you do make the leap, you aren't starting from zero. You’re starting with a business that is ready to launch.

  • If you have clients but you’re still "feast or famine," under-charging, or feeling like a glorified part-time employee, this is for you. Most Fractional Leaders skip the foundational work of positioning and offer architecture. I’m not teaching you how to do the work (you already know that), I’m teaching you how to run the business of the work so you can scale your income without scaling your hours.

  • Life happens, especially when you’re balancing work or family. Every session is recorded. You can also submit your "Hot Seat" questions in advance, and I’ll answer them live during the session so you get the feedback you need even if you aren't in the room.

  • You’ll need minimum 4-5 hours per week to learn and implement in the month of September/ October. But you’ll have access to the curriculm for life, so you can always come back and review. We focus on high-impact tasks (like your pricing model or your lead system) so you aren't wasting time on fluff.

  • The "Fractional" model works for almost any senior-level expertise. I’ve helped leaders from Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy. If you provide a high-level service that solves a complex problem for a business, the frameworks I teach will apply to you. The "how" of the work changes, but the "business of being fractional" stays the same.

  • Absolutely not. I don't believe in "bro-marketing" or posting for the sake of an algorithm. We focus on Authority Positioning. You’ll learn how to share your expertise in a way that feels like an invitation to the right clients, not a desperate plea for attention. You don’t need 10,000 followers; you just need the right 10 people to see you as the clear solution to their problem.

  • The goal is for this program to pay for itself with your first (or next) high-ticket client. By sharpening your positioning and fixing your pricing in the first few weeks, many students find they are able to increase their rates immediately. You’ll feel the "mental ROI" of clarity in month one - the financial ROI follows as you deploy the pipeline systems we build together.
