We start with a two-hour deep-dive call. You walk me through the business — what's working, what isn't, where you want to go. Then I take it from there. I’ll provide you with a checklist of documents to hand over so I can get to work.
Over 30 days, I research and analyse the business independently. Digging deep into finance, marketing, people, and systems. You don't carry the burden of this work.
At the end, you receive your Audit Report, 90-Day Roadmap, and Financial Forecast — plus a walkthrough session to go through the findings together and answer questions.

That's up to you. Some founders take the roadmap and run with it independently — assigning the priorities I've identified to their existing team members and executing from there. Others continue with an ongoing fractional COO engagement, allowing me and my team to implement fast fixes and longer-term strategic changes with no onboarding lag. Either way, you leave with something genuinely useful.

Most consultants look at one part of your business in isolation — a marketing consultant looks at marketing, a finance consultant at finance, an HR consultant at people. As someone with deep expertise in the business of small businesses, I know how interdependent these areas are on one another in a small business context. They simply can't be examined in isolation.
